Does anyone have any experience with Maxtor's
MaxBlast 4 disk cloning utility to report?

I used an earlier version a couple years ago that came
on CD in with Maxtor's retail HDs, but it was pretty much
crap. I'm wondering if it has improved. All I need it to do
is to copy a bootable partition from one HD to unallocated
space on another internal HD.

Most stuff does improve, but its still nothing like True Image for example.

Makes a lot more sense to make image files instead.

Yeah, MaxBlast 3 was a Dodo. But maybe MaxBlast 4, updated
in November of 2004 (and a free download from Maxtor), might be
useable now.
